Q. Do I have to track my macros?

A. Absolutely not. We LOVE macros as a tool to learn about what makes up the food we eat, figure out portion sizes that work for our bodies & ensure we’re getting enough nutrients to fuel our daily activities & get us to our goals. But it’s not the only method. We’ll work with you to establish a process & framework that best suits your needs throughout our coaching.

Q. Will you provide a meal plan?

A. Absolutely not. There are a few reasons for this, but the main one… it’s not sustainable. And we’d rather help you learn to break free of your dietary limitations & learn to eat in a way that both feels good & can ebb & flow as your life changes.

Q. I'm very busy & don't have a lot of time. Will this be a huge time commitment? 

A. It depends. Like any endeavour, you’ll get out what you put in! In our coaching, we’ll work with you to establish the most efficient & enjoyable way to get you to your goals without adding more to your plate. Yes, there will be skills to learn, but your coach is here to walk you through your process & make sure that what you’re working on fits your needs & lifestyle.

Q. What is the communication with my coach like? 

A. Like the time commitment, this is up to you & your unique needs. Your main communication will come in the form of your weekly Check-In, where you’ll be able to reflect on the week, determine your focus, ask questions & get some feedback from your coach!

 

Between check-ins you can reach out any time through text or voice memo on Voxer. We'll always get back to you within 24 hours during the week.

 

And once a month we can schedule a Zoom Coaching Call to dive into your progress, cover any burning questions & provide feedback & support based on what you want to focus on.
