This show is for coaches, self-growth oriented folks, active humans, or anyone looking to deepen their understanding and relationship with food, movement & themselves.

 

We’ll be having open discussions around the scientific principles of nutrition, training & behaviour change, along with strategies for coaches & trainers to build deeper connections with their clients.

We'll also be having lots of chats (& maybe some rants) on self-care, introspection, self-exploration and all the fuck yes’s and fuck no’s that come along with navigating our individual human experience (especially in the wild west of the fitness industry).
