I work best with humans who are chasing something bigger - those who see nutrition as a tool to support their energy, confidence, and how they show up in all aspects of their life.

Coaching is about so much more than monitoring the food you eat. My approach is equal parts science and feelings. Whatever is coming up in your life, I want to know about it. I’ll help you identify and work through the true obstacles you face, and give you the tough love you need when you’re selling yourself short. And you best bet we’re going to have some fun along the way!

I work best with humans who are confused with all the information out there, and want to take an approach to their nutrition that is rooted in real evidence. I know what it’s like to bounce between different “diets” that aren’t sustainable, and I’m here to help you break that cycle for good.

 

I always take into consideration your personal goals and challenges when working with you to develop a plan - because one size certainly does not fit all. I’ll be in your corner to help you navigate challenges, cheer on your wins, and support you every step of the way as you build habits that make you feel more confident and free around food—not restricted.
